What is covered by our support?

Before reaching us, please keep in mind the scope of support for paid themes (which differ from the support scope of free themes).

On our end, we provide support for:

  • bug fixes
  • assistance to replicate features that can be shown in our demo stores
  • questions regarding theme settings/existing features

It does not include:

  • assistance for integrating third-party apps
  • development of new features
  • adding new theme settings
  • changing the layout of the theme (such as adding new colors, changing how some elements are rendering...)
  • fixing issues that were caused by apps or by third-party developers
